Faceless Factory is a web application running at youtube.bahasoftware.com. For a topic and language you choose, it produces a YouTube video with AI: it writes the script, synthesises the voice-over, gathers the visuals, edits the video and prepares the subtitles and the thumbnail.
When the video is ready it goes to an approval screen. Once you have watched it and pressed Approve, the application uploads it to your own YouTube channel through the official YouTube Data API v3, sets the thumbnail, adds the subtitle track and — if you selected one — adds it to a playlist. We connect to your channel with Google OAuth 2.0; we never see your password, and you can revoke access in one click at any time.

If the tool you picked can't deliver — no key, no balance left, service down — the system moves to the next one. If none are left, it finishes on the free tier. Every capability has a free floor beneath it: voice falls to Edge, imagery to the local draw layer, the edit to FFmpeg, the thumbnail to the basic one. There is no scenario where a job comes back half-done with a "provider error"; the job report tells you exactly which tool stepped in.
Stock is fast and free, but the same clips circulate on every channel. AI clips are original but expensive. So you can mix them: the hook and the key scenes are generated, the rest comes from stock.
For consistency across scenes, one style anchor — setting, character, palette — is written into every clip brief. Nine ready visual styles (realistic, cinematic, anime, 3D, retro, minimal…) sit behind a single dropdown. And you set the ceiling on how many AI clips a video may use, so there is no surprise bill.

Every video is audited against YouTube's inauthentic-content policy — and it happens before anything is rendered, at script stage. Templated, copy-paste channels are losing monetization; this line is built not to produce them.
You preview the video, thumbnail and copy, then approve or reject — or turn on auto-approve for channels you trust. Auto-approve takes a separate, explicit consent; we don't tick that box for you.
Every touch of YouTube goes through Google's official APIs. Nothing drives the Studio UI or "signs in as you" — that is the single most common way an automated channel gets suspended.

Videos are produced on our servers and uploaded to YouTube from those same servers, with Google OAuth 2.0 consent over the YouTube Data API v3. Nothing to install, no machine to keep running, no browser being driven anywhere.
You never hand us a password: you connect your channel on Google's own consent screen and we receive only the scopes you granted. The token is stored encrypted, never leaves the server, and the moment you hit "disconnect" it is revoked at Google too.
Before every upload the connected account's real channel id is verified — a video cannot land on the wrong channel. Thumbnail, captions and playlist are attached during the upload; you watch the queue live and can cancel it. Auto-publish is on Pro and above; on Starter the video, thumbnail, captions and copy come down as one package.
